The ZODIAC group has finalized the acquisition of the Space Ground Segment and AeroSpace & Defense activities of ENERTEC company from the LP2C group.

Within the Technology Segment, ENERTEC is attached to IN-SNEC, a subsidiary of the ZODIAC group specialized in Telemetry and Telecommunication systems.

With this acquisition, IN-SNEC strengthens its leading position for Ground TT&C equipment and Airborne Video/Data Recorders. It also increases its presence in international markets, particularly in the USA.

The operation, with the complementary know-how of the two companies, secures investments by our customers and partners.

The Security/vehicle-borne video surveillance activity of Enertec becomes the SVS company, still owned by the LP2C group, reference shareholder of the Actielec Technologies group.
