The Enertec Division facility in Alpharetta, GA has a modern, well equipped product support department. This activity performs pre-delivery checks on all customer products, provides ad hoc maintenance, maintenance contracts, product service and training. For any of these services please contact the Service Department to discuss your requirements. Before shipping any equipment to our facility, please ensure that we have issued you with an RMA number. Please mark all packages and documentation with the RMA number to uniquely identify your shipment to us.

Warranty
All our new equipment is provided with a 1 year warranty covering parts and labor. Items provided in the course of repairs are warranted for 90 days.

Field Applications Engineers
We also have field applications engineers at various locations throughout the USA. These engineers are well versed in the application and integration of our products into real world systems and can provide prompt support for technical and product issues that may occur during evaluations, initial product integration and long term operation.

Ad Hoc Maintenance
We can provide maintenance and repair at short notice with a simple call or e-mail to our offices. We maintain a stock of support spares backed up by over-night shipment of ex-factory spares when needed. On receipt of your equipment we will provide you with an estimate for turn around time, parts and labor required to complete the maintenance or repair. This will assist you in choosing your best course of action prior to you giving us final instructions.

Contract Maintenance
We offer customized contract maintenance that allows you to ensure availability of your equipment resource within a known cost basis. These contracts can be customized to best fit your mission needs in terms of response times, turn around times, equipment quantity, types, age and locations and length of cover. Terms are typically more attractive for contracts agreed at the time of new product purchase. Please contact our Service Manager to discuss your specific requirements.

Training
Training is an essential element in ensuring that you get the best value from our products right from the very start of their potentially long working life. We offer customized training based in your facility, our Alpharetta facility or our French factory, whichever best meets your training objectives. Training can involve from one to many trainees and is custom designed to empower anyone from the casual user through to a fully independent first line maintenance and repair technician.
